Privacy Policy.

Abhishek International HRMS

This Privacy Policy explains how the Abhishek International HRMS mobile application ("the App") collects, uses, stores and protects information. The App is an internal employee application provided by Abhishek International and its group companies ("the Company", "we", "us") to its own employees. It requires login credentials issued by the Company's HR/Admin team and is not intended for the general public.

Information we collect

Account & profile data you or your HR provide: name, official/alias name, employee ID, official and personal email, phone number, designation, department, company, date of birth, address, emergency contact, and (where applicable) statutory/bank details for payroll.

Attendance selfies (camera): a live photo captured at the moment of check-in and check-out to verify attendance. The camera is used only for this purpose and only when you tap check-in/check-out.

Location (foreground only): your device location and IP address are recorded at check-in and check-out to verify attendance. The App does not collect location in the background.

Attendance & HR records: check-in/out times, breaks, working hours, leave, payslips, documents, and related HR data.

Device & diagnostic data: device/platform information and crash/error logs to keep the App reliable, and a push-notification token to deliver notifications.

How we use the information

  • To record and verify attendance (selfie + location + time).
  • To administer payroll, leave, documents and other HR functions.
  • To send you notifications (approvals, payslips, reminders).
  • To maintain security, prevent misuse, and diagnose crashes.

The App is used strictly for employment and internal HR purposes. We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.

Storage & security

Data is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore, Firebase Storage, Authentication) operated on Google Cloud infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit. Access is restricted by role-based access control to authorized HR/Admin personnel of your own company (tenant isolation), and to you for your own records.

Data sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties except: Google Firebase/Cloud (as our processor for hosting, storage, authentication and notifications), and where required by law. Your data is visible to your employer's authorized HR/Admin staff for legitimate HR administration.

Data retention

We retain attendance, payroll and HR records for as long as your employment relationship and applicable legal/statutory obligations require. On request and subject to law, records may be deleted when no longer required.

Your choices

Camera and location permissions can be managed in your device settings. Note that attendance cannot be marked without them, as they are required to verify attendance.

To access, correct or delete your personal data, contact your HR/Admin team or the contact below.

Children

The App is intended for employees (adults) only and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
